Recently, New City America has provided contracted consulting services for the following districts:
Waikiki BID – Conducted an audit of clean and safe services (October–November 2024).
Lincoln Heights Benefit Association (BID) – Provided consulting on hiring a new Executive Director.
Downtown Santa Barbara Community Benefit District – Assisted with establishing a management corporation and Board of Directors, and facilitated a contract with the City enabling the new management corporation to oversee the district (Fall–Winter 2024–2025).
Downtown Manteca Community Benefit District – Supported the formation of a management corporation and Board of Directors, issued RFPs for services, and helped secure a contract with the City for service oversight.
Monterey Park BID, CA – Conducted investigative consulting work.
