Just a brief note to thank you for the excellent work you did in working with property owners along North Shattuck in Berkeley. In a neighborhood where the merchants and property owners were essentially unorganized, your ability to bring people together around this project was outstanding. The City Manager's Office is extremely happy to be working in partnership with this new group of property owners.

Furthermore, we appreciate your work shepherding the new PBID ordinance and 218 vote successfully through our City Council. We are really proud that this new 10 year PBID is not only a first for Berkeley, but also the first in the Bay Area.
